Marni Farrel is a Faculty Research Assistant working for the USDA Pacific Oyster Genomic Selection (POGS) program at HMSC in Newport. Marni assists POGS with their annual genetic selectivity spawn, animal husbandry, broodstock maintenance, systems building, and field work in CA and WA. Marni also assists the Algologist with photobioreacter maintenance and upkeep.
