Will works for the USDA led Pacific Oyster Genomic Selection (POGS)program at Hatfield Marine Science Center in Newport, OR. His work focuses on the care of oysters in the hatchery as well as on the broodstock farm and field deployments. Will maintains the seawater infrastructure for research in the lab and enjoys designing and building new animal husbandry systems. When Will is not in the lab, he is usually recreating in, on, or around the water.
